BREEAM International Assessments

Using our experience of construction within all sectors of the industry, Encon Associates are able to assess the environmental impact of a wide array of building type.

A BREEAM International assessment can be carried out by Encon Associates on any building which falls outside the UK and any of the standard BREEAM versions.

BREEAM International follows the methodology of the Bespoke assessment criteria and are specifically tailored to the building type for each individual project.

Examples of buildings outside the UK that may be assessed under BREEAM Bespoke include:

• Hotels
• Laboratories 
• Leisure complexes 
• Shared accommodation
