BREEAM Offices Assessments

As part of our BREEAM Assessment services, Encon Associates can provide BREEAM Offices Assessments.

We have worked on many office projects and have the experience necessary to review and improve the environmental performance of office developments using the BREEAM Offices assessment methodology.

Assessments can be carried out on both new and existing office buildings - non occupied or occupied, as follows:

  • New build or refurbishment: design and procurement
  • Existing office (occupied): management and operation
