Trainee Graduate Environmental Consultant
A graduate would be preferable for this role, with qualifications (or working towards) in a construction or environmental related discipline. Below are some of the experience and skills we are looking for:
Experience:
- Experience or knowledge of the environmental/construction industry
- Ablity to work under own initiative with drive and ambition to progress
- Managing your own workload
- Working within a team
Skills:
- Knowledge of BREEAM and CfSH
- Associate/Student Member of a relevant professional body (or working towards)
- Competent in MS Office and other IT applications
- Report writing
- Working to tight deadlines and high standards
Senior Environmental Consultant
A graduate is required for this role, preferably with an MSc/PhD in a construction or environmental related discipline. Below are some of the experience and skills we are looking for:
Experience:
- 2 years experience as a senior environmental consultant working in the construction industry
- Ability to work under own initiative with a track record for generating business and new clients
- Chairing meetings with large design teams
- Managing projects from inception to completion
- Managing junior consultants
Skills:
- Qualified and experienced BREEAM Assessor (BREEAM AP preferred) and CfSH Assessor
- Member of a relevent professional body (or working towards)
- Competent in MS Office and other IT applications
- Report writing
- Working to tight deadlines and high standards
