The HQM will help buyers and renters to choose their perfect homes safe in the knowledge that the building itself has reached BRE’s high standards.
Award winning environmental and sustainability consultants Encon Associates are pleased to announce that they will be continuing to environmentally assess residential buildings from 2016 onwards utilising the new HQM (Home Quality Mark) standard alongside the outgoing assessment method Code for Sustainable Homes.
