Large contemporary house granted planning permission in Burton Joyce, Nottingham
Encon Associates are delighted to confirm planning permission has been granted for this magnificent large contemporary house to be located in Burton Joyce, Nottingham.
Appointed for a variety of roles, including Project Managers and Lead Consultant, this was an extremely tricky site where our experience in the field allowed us to overcome any obstacles. The client was very specific in terms of design, sustainability, and quality.

Multiple services appointment
On top of the being the Project Managers and Lead Consultant for this contemporary residential scheme, Encon Associates were also appointed as the Landscape Architects and the Environmental Sustainability Consultants. This allowed us to work seamlessly keeping most services under one roof with the aim of achieving planning. This keeps costs down for the client, but also opens the lines of communication, much clearer than when several firms undertake various services. This is something that always serves the clients, as well as ourselves very well, in terms of achieving our targets and working to tight timeframes.

From Concept to Completion
The project has been commissioned by RS Insurance on behalf of the private client, and Encon Associates will be taking this project through to completion. More will follow at later stages, so check back for more information on this and other schemes with Encon Associates.
