Encon Associates have a unique opportunity for a sales manager to head up the Sales & Marketing Division to help drive the company forward.
We are looking for someone with experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction industry, to bring fresh ideas and strategies to our existing marketing process to increase our customer base and generate more leads.
Working closely with company directors, the role of the Sales & Marketing Manager will be to put in place an effective plan to achieve the long term business objectives for expansion.
They will have full responsibility for delivering the plan, developing customer relationships, promotional material including a strategy for social media exposure as well as implementing and managing the company CRM system.
The role will suit a dynamic, outgoing individual with the drive and determination to expand their own opportunities as well as the company as a whole.
