The Solution
The extension was to include extensive re-planning of the interior of the property and had to be of modern design which would work with the original cottage.
Interior massing exercises were carried out to help the design team to arrange the interior space as efficiently as possible whilst offering a design that would seamlessly integrate with the original layout of the cottage. Interior visuals were produced, to be submitted as part of the Architects plan drawings in support of the planning application.
Exterior visuals were also produced to help the client visualise the design proposals and finalise fenestration details.
