Commissioned by Taff Housing Association, Encon Associates produced the required Daylighting Calculations via advanced computer simulation. Through close liaison with CFW, were able to "value engineer" the scheme to achieve compliance under the Daylight Factor requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes assessment criteria and achieve the Hea 1 credit.
