Details: Client was about to market two industrial units, and therefore required EPC's on both units.
As of October 2008, all commercial properties, whether for sale or rent, require an EPC by law in order for contracts to be completed and exchanged. Encon Associates attended site to carry out survey work and provide EPC's in order for our client to proceed with their dealings.
