Encon Associates provide services to achieve the BREEAM 2008 credit Ene 6: Building fabric performance & avoidance of air infiltration

The aim of this credit is "To recognise and encourage measures taken to minimise heat loss and air infiltration through the building fabric."

To meet compliance with this credit you will need to undertake a thermographic survey of the building fabric to determine the continuity of insulation, identify and help reduce cold bridging and Identify and avoid air leakage paths.
