The aim of this credit is "To minimise the impact of a building development on existing site ecology."
To meet compliance with this credit you will need to
provide Landscape Proposals designed in conjunction with the recommendations of a Suitably Qualified Ecologist.
We feel that close collaboration between the Landscape Designer and the Ecologist is vital in order to maximise the credits achievable.
Landscape Design
Our Landscape Designers are experienced in creating landscape designs tailored to achieving BREEAM credits under LE 03, by including measures which take action to protect the ecological value of the site.
By also using our Ecology service, our Landscape Designers can liaise directly with our Ecologist as the full report is being compiled to maximise the credits achievable under your assessment.
We can also work with your appointed Ecologist to create a landscape design based on their report.
Ecology
Our team of IEEM qualified Ecologists have the experience to assess the ecology present and provide fully compliant recommendations for their protection and enhancement.
By also using our Landscape Design service, our Landscape Designers can liaise directly with our Ecologist as the full report is being compiled to maximise the credits achievable under your assessment.
