The aim of this credit is "To improve fabric energy efficiency performance thus future-proofing reductions in CO2 for the life of the dwelling."

To meet compliance with this credit you will need to undertake Part L Calculations by a Suitably Qualified Energy Assessor who is registered and licensed to undertake residential energy assessments.

Our head energy assessor has 25 years experience and is licensed and registered to undertake simple SAP calculations right through to advanced SAP calculations for large complex dwellings. The energy assessment team have undertaken SAP calculations on Code projects ranging from level 3 to level 6 and can provide design advice to meet your Code target.
