Travel Plans

Encon Associates provide a Travel Plan service which can help achieve environmental credits under BREEAM and Code for Sustainable homes, or meet planning application conditions or conditions of planning consent.

Travel Plans are a package of measures tailored to the needs of individual sites and aimed at reducing reliance on the car, for example by encouraging more use of public transport, walking and cycling.

Travel Plans Service

Creating Travel Plans involve the development of a set of mechanisms, initiatives and targets that can enable an organisation to reduce the impact of travel and transport on the environment.  It is a process that will grow and develop with time and reflect the changing circumstances of an organisation and its environment.  Our Traffic & Transportation team are able to compile the necessary document to meet the Travel Plan requirement.
