Encon Associates are proud to announce that they have just certified Cambridge Science Park as BREEAM Very Good with a rating of 58.50%.
Encon Associates were appointed by Orchard Group, who initially completed the strip out of this project and then appointed the CAT A works within 16 weeks – this was all achieved on time and on budget! Not a bad feat!
Cambridge Science Park set out to adhere to BREEAM sustainability methods and achieved its goal through coordination of a fantastic design team.
Encon Associates continue to deliver on target BREEAM projects through the UK, and this is another glowing example of sustainability excelling within the construction industry.
