Encon Associates can provide a pre-assessment comparison exercise between BREEAM 2014 and BREEAM 2011 using IES TaP for BREEAM 2014 BETA.
Over the last month, Encon Associates have been testing the BREEAM 2014 Draft methodology via the IES TaP for BREEAM project management system. As IES TaP subscribers, IES have kindly provided us with a BETA version of the draft BREEAM 2014 methodology so that we can make informed decision for our customers when registering in the current 2011 version or advising if the customer should wait until the official BRE release planned for later this summer.
