Residential Scheme
The local authority requested that Swept Path Analysis was provided to demonstrate the suitability of a proposed access for this application for residential development, in particular for the access of emergency service vehicles.

The swept path for a fire engine was analysed and advice was provided to the client on how the proposals could be adapted to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Highway Authority.
Encon Associates were able to provide the required drawings suitable for submission to the planners to satisfy their requirements regarding the suitability of the proposed access.

I had the pleasure of working with Encon on a strategically important education use project. The team demonstrated a deep understanding of ecology and provided insightful, data-driven recommendations. Whilst also assisting through a tricky planning process!
I highly recommend Encon to anyone seeking ecological expertise or guidance on environmental conservation.
