Transport Assessment for a Change of Use application
Our client was asked by the local authority to provide a Transport Assessment (TA) to address their concerns regarding their application for a change of use to a Place of Worship for a former cinema site on Abbey Street near Leicester City Centre.
Encon Associates were able to produce the required TA, following close liaison with the Highways Officer at the council, to ensure the condition relating to traffic issues was discharged to enable the scheme to proceed.
