Encon Associates were commissioned to out the BREEAM assessment for the Unity Square development, a state-of-the-art Grade A office building situated in Nottingham, near the city’s main train station.
The project, spanning 62,022 square meters, provides high-quality office space designed to accommodate around 4,000 full-time employees. This prestigious development is located on a 1.14-hectare site along Queensbridge Road.
Unity Square, the new headquarters for HMRC in Nottingham, is an iconic building designed with sustainability, energy efficiency, and modern work environments in mind.
