Encon Associates provide services to achieve the BREEAM 2008 credit LE 3: Ecological Value of Site & Protection of Ecological Features

The aim of this credit is "To encourage development on land that already has limited value to wildlife and to protect existing ecological features from substantial damage during site preparation and completion of construction works."

To meet compliance with this credit you will need to employ a Suitably Qualified Ecologist to carry out a BREEAM compliant Ecological Appraisal of your site.
