The aim of this credit is "To encourage development in low flood risk areas or to take measures to reduce the impact of flooding on buildings in areas with a medium or high risk of flooding."

To meet compliance with this credit you will need to employ a Suitably Qualified professional to undertake a PPS25 Flood Risk Assessment and determine the flood risk of the site.
