The aim of this credit is "To ensure that appropriate thermal comfort levels are achieved through design, and controls are selected to maintain a thermally comfortable environment for occupants within the building."
To meet compliance with this credit you will need to carry out Thermal modelling using software in accordance with CIBSE AM11 Building Energy and Environmental Modelling.
Thermal Modelling
Our assessors are Level 5 qualified and have in depth knowledge of energy and overheating requirements and can produce fully CIBSE AM11 Compliant Thermal models and carry out full dynamic thermal modelling and analysis, all in line with CIBSE and BRE requirements.
