Encon Associates provide services to achieve the BREEAM 2018 credit Man 04: Commissioning & Handover - Testing of Building Fabric

The aim of this credit is "To ensure delivery of a functional and sustainable asset designed and built in accordance with performance expectations."

To meet compliance with this credit you will need to undertake a thermographic survey of the building fabric to determine the continuity of insulation, identify and help reduce cold bridging and Identify and avoid air leakage paths.
