The aim of this credit is "To avoid, reduce and delay the discharge of rainfall to public sewers and watercourses, therefore minimising the risk of localised flooding on and off site, watercourse pollution and other environmental damage."

To meet compliance with this credit you will need to employ a Suitably Qualified professional to undertake a PPS25 Flood Risk Assessment and determine the flood risk of the site.
