To meet compliance with this credit you will need to
undertake Part L Calculations by a Suitably Qualified Energy Assessor who is registered and licensed to undertake residential energy assessments.
You will be required to produce an EPC as part of your Code and Building Regulations compliance.
To achieve minimum Code levels you may need to demonstrate CO2 reductions over and above Building Regulations.
