About BREEAM 2011 Assessments
BREEAM 2011 was released to replace the previous BREEAM 2008 methodology.
As well as assessing common building types such as offices, our experienced BREEAM assessors can apply the BREEAM 2011 assessment criteria to range of other buildings which previously required BREEAM Bespoke Criteria.
In addition to the common building types, the following building types can be assessed with a BREEAM 2011 assessment:
- Residential institutions e.g. hotels, hostels, training centres,
- Non-residential institutions e.g. community buildings, museums, libraries,
- Assembly and leisure buildings e.g. cinemas, information centres, sport centres,
- Transport hubs e.g. train/bus stations.
