As code assessors we’ve delivered schemes to a minimum of Code Level 3 and are ideally placed to assess your scheme to the new mandatory minimum levels of performance across issues including:

CSH assessment phases
Code assessments are carried out in two phases:
- An initial assessment and interim certification is carried out at the design stage
- Final assessment and certification is carried out after construction (see below)
We also offer a Pre-Assessment service to assess the environmental impact of your proposed development prior to work commencing on site.

IES TaP for Code for Sustainable Homes
When using Encon Associates as your Code assessor, the IES TaP for CSH tracking system will be used throughout the project to provide evidence tracking, project management, progress reporting.
