SWMPs were made compulsory for all projects in England with an estimated cost of over £300,000 by The Site Waste Management Plans Regulations 2008, which came into force on 6th April 2008.

SWMP's produced by our experienced environmental construction professionals, contain pedicted sources for waste production, an assessment on the volumes of waste likely to be produced and a set of measures to ensure site waste is kept to a minimum or dealt with in a responsible and legal manner and ensure your development can proceed with permission from the authorities.
