Encon Associates were appointed to deliver a comprehensive suite of sustainability consultancy services for the 1–7 Aylesbury St refurbishment, including BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) support, ecology consultancy, a Travel Plan report, energy assessment, and EPC. Our services helped guide the project team in meeting key environmental targets, culminating in the achievement of a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

Located in the heart of Clerkenwell within the vibrant and historically rich Clerkenwell Conservation Area, 1–7 Aylesbury Street is a converted warehouse building thoughtfully refurbished into contemporary office space.
