Encon Associates were appointed to deliver a comprehensive suite of sustainability consultancy services for the 1–7 Aylesbury St refurbishment, including BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) support, ecology consultancy, a Travel Plan report, energy assessment, and EPC. Our services helped guide the project team in meeting key environmental targets, culminating in the achievement of a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
Located in the heart of Clerkenwell within the vibrant and historically rich Clerkenwell Conservation Area, 1–7 Aylesbury Street is a converted warehouse building thoughtfully refurbished into contemporary office for Alexander McQueen HQ.

We worked with Encon Associates in order to conduct daylight modeling and secure some points for LEED and BREEAM certification – the services were conducted in a very professional manner, in time and with an affordable budget.
