Encon Associates were commissioned by UK Construction Limited to undertake a Code for Sustainable Homes Pre-Assessment for residential development at their site in Sutton, London.

As part of their obligations for the planning submission, UK Construction had to demonstrate to the Local Authority that the proposed scheme would achieve a Level 3 rating under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Encon Associates provided a comprehensive Pre-Assessment report which was submitted to the planners to discharge the planning condition to enable the project to proceed.
