Residential Scheme
The local authority requested that Swept Path Analysis was provided to demonstrate the suitability of a proposed access for this application for residential development, in particular for the access of emergency service vehicles.
The swept path for a fire engine was analysed and advice was provided to the client on how the proposals could be adapted to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Highway Authority.
Encon Associates were able to provide the required drawings suitable for submission to the planners to satisfy their requirements regarding the suitability of the proposed access.

Encon have been brilliant to work with, Encon supported us on a 275 bed PBSA scheme in the centre of York. The whole team were easy to work with and accommodating which made for an easy project. Thanks to the whole team at Encon Associates and Mark Bentley in particular.
