Encon Associates were commissioned by Pembrokeshire Housing Association to carry out Daylighting Calculations to analyse daylight to demonstrate compliance under the Code for Sustainable Homes assessment.
Encon Associates produced the required Daylighting Calculations and were able to assist with ensuring the window design for this scheme enabled the required daylight factor to be achieved under the Health & Wellbeing section of Code for Sustainable Homes.

In my capacity of a new homes developer ‘Fenwood Estates Limited’ I have been working with Encon for over 10 years now.
