The Walled Garden is a residential building located in London Gatwick. Encon Associates were delighted to be appointed by Arc8 Projects to oversee the Thermal Modelling and Thermal Assessment for this development.
This project involves the development of a detached single-storey dwelling featuring a modern monopitch roof. The site itself spans 4,143 square meters, providing ample space for both the new construction and the existing structures.
The current footprint of the built form on this site is approximately 487 square meters. This includes the main dwelling, two charming cottages, and several outbuildings. Each structure tells a story of its own, contributing to the site’s rich architectural tapestry.
