Encon Associates were appointed to provide BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) services, as well as VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) testing, to support the project’s ambition of achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating.
The project is set to deliver a modern, efficient, and visually appealing space, with sustainability and long-term functionality at its core.
A substantial redevelopment is currently underway at Unit B2, located on Fawsley Drive in Daventry. This ambitious project spans approximately 177,090 sft and is set to breathe new life into the site.
The redevelopment aims to deliver a high-quality, modern facility, placing emphasis on sustainability, practicality, and visual impact.
Encon Associates were engaged to support the project through the delivery of key sustainability services. Our team was appointed to carry out BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP), BREEAM Sustainability Champion,
Daylight Simulation and Glare Analysis, Building User Guide services and VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) testing, playing a vital role in helping the scheme work towards achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating.
