The building was designed in a way that the atrium was to form a focal point and be the heart and soul of the school. Using BREEAM methodology, this project incorporated the use of natural daylight and quality levels of acoustics, all this contributes to the comfort factor achieved here.

In my capacity of a new homes developer ‘Fenwood Estates Limited’ I have been working with Encon for over 10 years now.
