Encon Associates recently undertook the air testing for their development in Woodborough, Nottingham. The results were far greater than expected.
Exceed all expectations
Encon Associates are delighted to announce that their Nottingham Passive House project has exceeded all expectations and targets by testing to an air tightness level of 0.4 air changes per hour at 50 pascals pressure (Passive House target = 0.60).

The Encon Associates designed and project managed scheme has been built from the ground up considering sustainability and energy from the outset.
Director of Encon Associates, Glenn Miles, was extremely happy with the result.
